Time Out says

The third annual Wild Onesie Week is back to raise awareness for endangered species and their habitats

Wear your favourite animal onesie around town for a day – or a week – and help the World Wildlife Fund Australia raise funds and draw attention to the critters in need, locally and around the globe.

Funds raised from the week will contribute towards Australia’s conservation and research efforts into areas such as chemical pollution in the Great Barrier Reef that is affecting green turtle populations, and funding special cameras to help protect the dwindling black-flanked rock-wallabies. Over 5,000 Australians have raised thousands of dollars over the last two years.

Haven’t bought a onesie yet? WWF branded panda, rock wallaby and green turtle onesies are ready to purchase through the Wild Onesie Week website ($89). You can also register your 'fun-raising’ there to start up an individual effort or find friends for a team campaign.
