Dress up, dance and experience a natural high without the hangover at the upcoming Xstatic Wonderland Festival, held on Saturday October 22 at Sydney Town Hall.
A completely sober event featuring live music, entertainment and wild costumes, Xstatic Festival is leading the way in the healthy party movement, which invites people to have a night off from booze (and other assorted party favours) and enjoy a natural high that’s better for their mental health.
Kicking off from 2pm and going to 11pm, the upcoming festival’s theme is Alice in Wonderland, which will see Town Hall transformed into a multicoloured universe complete with Mad Hatters Tea Party décor, fun games, theatrical characters and your very own rabbit hole to venture down. Join the Queen of Hearts for a spot of flamingo croquet, or challenge your rivals to a game of giant chess.
Expect to find live music and entertainment across two main stages. The Mad Hatters Main Stage will host a stellar line-up of Sydney artists including True Vibenation, Dave Winnel, Lauren Neko and Krystel Diola who will play everything from dance music to funk and soul and classic bangers. Over on the Mushroom Stage there’ll be an eclectic mix of cultural performances with comedians, poets, magicians and musical acts. Snacks will be available throughout the night to keep the energy and vibes high.
Tickets range from $79 to $99 for adults and $49 for those 15 years and younger, which includes some savoury and sweet treats, and there’ll be a complimentary alcohol-free cocktail or beer for those that arrive before the Welcome to Country at 2.30pm.
Prizes will be going for best dressed, so the more sparkle, the better. See you through the looking glass!
