Now that all the major holidays are over, we’re back to crunch time and full five-day weeks at the office. While we can’t help with your reports, deadlines, emails or grumpy bosses, we can at least help make your workday more enjoyable, or at least tolerable. So for this issue, we decided to take stress out of your lunch break.

What do we all want for lunch? It has to be quick, fuss-free, wallet-friendly, and the food has to be reliable. You’ll find all that in this issue as we have made our rounds at the top business districts – the KLCC area, Bukit Bintang, KL Sentral, Bangsar, Brickfields and Damansara Uptown – to bring you the best places for your workday lunch.

In your free time, slowly eat your way through our list of the best char siew in the Klang Valley.

As usual, use this issue to help you plan out the things you want to do this month. Besides a list of new art galleries, we have more recommendations and critics’ choices. So go out there and make the most of the city.
