For premium steaks: PRIME
  • Restaurants
  • KL Sentral
For quality steaks, you can’t go wrong with PRIME. One of the city’s pioneering fine dining steak restaurants, PRIME serves top class halal certified imported beef. Choice cuts include the wagyu prime ribs with marble score six, Black Angus 200 days grain-fed steaks, and Australian 80 and 100 days aged steaks. Other traditional steak restaurant favourites are also available – for instance the clam chowder and apple wood-smoked Norwegian salmon – along with seafood selections such as Boston lobster, barramundi jumbo prawns and cod. Don’t worry if you can’t decide between the steak and the seafood; just go with the surf and turf for the best of both worlds. The Caesar salad takes the place of pride at PRIME too, and this classic dish is prepared live in front of you.
For creative dim sum: Celestial Court

Inspired by the Latino experience, Qba is a wine bar and cigar lounge, a Latin grill dining room, an island bar and also an alfresco dining space. It is widely known for their variety of rum blends, South American fine wines and is also occasionally a social hub for the local Latin dance scene.
For sustainable seafood: Jala

For sustainable seafood: Jala

The Andaman in Langkawi is one of the country’s top resorts, and its location in a 10 million-year-old rainforest is the resort’s best selling feature. It should come as no surprise that the resort’s onsite restaurant Jala seeks to take full advantage of this idyllic natural setting.

Jala is designed to be a rustic beachside experience where the architecture is stripped to its most basic form to allow the indoors and the outdoors to merge as one. The surrounding rainforest is as much the attraction here as the menu of fresh seafood cooked in a fusion of Malay and Western styles, making Jala a popular destination restaurant in Langkawi.

Sustainability is naturally the concept behind the food at Jala. The chefs champion local ingredients, and they even partner with local fishermen to obtain the freshest catches which are delivered to the resort daily.
