[title]Hilton Kuala Lumpur is going all out this Ramadhan with a feast fit for a king. The all-day dining Vasco’s will be host to the ‘Santapan DiRaja’ themed buffet, which will showcase regal favourites from the royal families of Perak, Melaka, Johor and more, alongside popular Ramadhan options in a spread of over 300 dishes
Each section of the buffet is named after royal terms (Bahasa Istana) or phrases – such as Mencemar Duli; Mohon Perkenan; Menjunjung Titah King Arthur; and Dewan Santapan Di Raja, Makan Beradab – covering everything from starters and appetisers to mains and desserts.
Diners can look forward to an array of dishes that include traditional Malay salads and appetisers like kerabu, urap, acar and more as well as a range of sambals; while mains include popular options like ikan patin tempoyak, udang harimau masak merah, ketupat sotong, gulai daging rusa and sup tulang berempah.
If you’re looking for variety, there will also be a selection of Western, Chinese and Indian dishes like pasta, char kuey teow, Chinese-style steamed fish, tandoori and tikka options, and more. End your meal on a sweet note at the dessert section with kuih, pengat pisang, tapai, various types of bubur, and more.
To complete the entire royal dining experience, there will also be live silat and traditional Malay music performances to accompany your meal.
