This Ramadhan, the spread at the Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur’s The Mill Café is inspired by Malaysia’s diverse cultures and rich heritage. In line with the theme of ‘Nostalgia Desa’, diners can look forward to an amazing array of food from live carving stations to dishes representing the different regions of Malaysia, all specially prepared for the occasion.
The culinary team – headed by Chef Razali Idris – will present over 230 dishes, ensuring that everyone’s favourite Ramadhan dishes will be available. Highlights include whole roast lamb, biryani, soto ayam, sotong masak hitam, gulai daging salai, ayam masak madu and many more. The café will be decorated to replicate a traditional Malay village and there will also be live music throughout the evening.
