Tom Sellers is closing his Michelin-starred Restaurant Story for renovations on Saturday March 31, and is keeping himself busy in the meantime with a Robin Hood-inspired pop-up in south London. ‘Merry Men’ is an immersive restaurant with an ‘enchanted forest’ cocktail bar; it’s inspired by his childhood in Nottingham and the story of Robin Hood (duh).

The pop-up’s four-course menu will be heavy on the meat, with smoked lamb leg, beef cheeks and haddock all on offer. It’s happening from Wednesday April 4 until Sunday April 22 and takes place at an unnamed nineteenth-century warehouse near Borough Market.

The ‘Merry Men’ warehouse will be at 32 Southwark St, SE1 1TU. Tickets are available via Restaurant Story’s website.
