London makes it tricky to have a whole weekend free of plans. From art exhibitions to theatre shows to all sorts of weird and wonderful free events, Saturdays and Sundays can get filled up like that, even in October. But as ever, there will be some delays and closures across London’s transport network this weekend that could disrupt your plans.
People with tickets to see Dua Lipa talk books at the London Literature Festival might need to watch out for closures on the Circle line. And with most of the District line down, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur supporters heading to Stamford Bridge have been told to take the Piccadilly line to Earls Court instead and walk to the stadium from there.
Here are all the other closures across London’s tube and train network you should know about this weekend.
