Remember last month, when Adidas Originals teamed up with TfL to drop three pairs of tube-inspired trainers? Now the collaboration is deepening with a whopping ten more pairs, including a shoe dedicated to every line on the Underground network.

First up, the London Underground set contains six different pairs of Continental 80s, with each pair featuring two roundels on the heel tabs –  that’s 12 in total, representing every tube line in the appropriate colour. So if you’ve always wanted to express your love for the Jubilee in the form of footwear, your time has come at last.

Then there’s the Elizabeth Line set, which celebrates London’s next line by turning four classic Adidas shoes – Stan Smith, Samba Rose, Falcon and Gazelle – purple and gold. Since the opening of the Lizzy line has been postponed until next autumn, these ones are definitely ahead of their time.

Sadly, unlike the first Adidas Originals x TfL hook-up, these shoes won’t come with a free Oyster card. But the shoes – which cost £75 – will be more widely available, online and in other retailers as well as in dedicated Adidas Originals shops. The Elizabeth Line shoes drop on December 8 and the London Underground range follows on December 10, just in time to surprise that transport geek in your life with a very cool Christmas pressie.
