The night Overground is getting an extension

The all-night London Overground service has been ferrying partygoers and night-shift commuters from Dalston Junction to New Cross Gate for just two months, but it’s already getting an extension. Night Overground services will run on Friday and Saturday nights all the way to Highbury & Islington from Friday February 23 – that’s next weekend. (We were expecting it to stretch that far at some point this year, but not, if we’re honest, this soon.)

It means the night Overground will now connect to the night tube network via the Victoria line for the first time, helping join the dots for fun-loving Londoners and bringing us one step closer to being a full-on 24-hour city. All aboard!
