Kebab lovers need look no further for the ultimate brunch concept. Fusion kebab specialist Maison Bab has just announced its new Sunday offering will come in the form of bottomless kebabs.
Yes, from February 2, ravenous brunch-goers will be treated to two hours of unlimited pork shawarma accompanied by lashings of garnishes, including pickled cucumbers and chermoula mayonnaise, along with endless flatbread.
Maison Bab’s pork shawarma is slow-cooked for a whopping 15 hours then whacked over charcoal for a smoky taste. Vegans and vegetarians need not fret as there is also unlimited sabich (a plant-based stuffed pitta) on offer.
Need something to wash down those ’babs? The brunch can include bottomless cocktails (for £20 more), including the Espresso Babtini, Bacardi Cuatro Daiquiri and Martini Blood Orange Spritz.
