Save the Planet with London’s First Carbon-neutral Fitness Studio
Staying fit and helping to tackle the climate crisis? Count me in. Newly-opened Rumble Gym just off Dalston Junction Overground station has over 47 classes a week (more coming soon in February) all at £18 a session. Ranging from spinning and rock climbing to boxercise with water punching bags and a HIIT circuit on every ten minutes throughout the day. As well as, a super smoothie bar, healthy food and snacks-to-go in the downstairs cafe/rest area from the same people behind stylish Aussie cafe Farm Girl.
It might all sound a little bougie, but the best part is that for each class or session booking, a tree will be planted to help off-set the gym’s carbon footprint. There’ll also be loads of eco-friendly initiatives in place such as sustainably sourced products and no single-use plastic on site. ‘Eat Clean, Train Dirty’? More like, ‘Eat Clean, Train Clean’.
