Borough’s legendary food market will be playing host to a traditional lion dance in celebration of the arrival of the Year of the Dragon this February. Taking place at 11am on the Lunar New Year, the spectacle is a traditional harbinger of good luck in parts of east and southeast Asia, and has been organised by chef Salina Khairunnisa, who runs Borough Market Malaysian eatery Joli.
