Time Out says

Slip and slide late into the night at Somerset House’s special series of Skate Lates. They’ve pulled together a banging line-up of music for you to skate on down to at their picturesque ice rink set in the grand 18th-century courtyard. Glide across the ice to a soundtrack from top-notch DJs, musicians and artists who'll be taking to the ring-side decks over 17 unique nights.

Highlights include an opening evening presented by Peckham-based record shop and music venue Rye Wax, a three-day residency from top promoter and founder of Field Day 'Eat Your Own Ears' who'll be bringing names such as Wild Beats and Sam Shepherd (aka Floating Points) to the decks, south London and New York-based radio station Balamii and ‘90s, ‘00s, hip hop and RnB club night Supa Dupa Fly.

Beyond the rink, each night will have a different mixture of special musical installations, including a pop-up record shop and live music. Plus, each resident DJ will be giving the space a special makeover. This promises to be one ice-cool party.
