If you’ve yet to taste (or be able to afford) the Michelin-starred creations that Curtis Stone has been serving at his Beverly Hills restaurant Maude, now is your chance: To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the eatery is giving guests the chance to revel in its tasting menu for a mere $10 per meal.

On the first day of each month at 10am, interested parties should log onto OpenTable and try to snag one of the 10 seats available per month. There will be five tables for two under the Experiences tab going for $10 per person every month until the end of the year. For reference, the restaurant’s nine-course tasting menu normally costs over $200.

“Maude opened her doors 10 years ago, paying homage to Curtis Stone’s culinary muse, his grandmother,” reads a message from the restaurant on OpenTable. “We want to take this opportunity to celebrate this special anniversary with our beloved guests. […] As the hospitality industry finds itself in a delicate place, we extend our gratitude to those who have been instrumental in helping us reach this incredible milestone.”

Lauded as one of the best restaurants in the city, Maude’s rotating tasting menus are inspired by the seasons and local ingredients, so expect the fare on offer as part of the awesome celebratory deal to change each quarter—more reason to try to get in every few months. When the restaurant first launched, the celebrity chef’s menus focused on a different ingredient each month; in 2018, the concept shifted to focus on a different region of the world every three months.
