Harry's Cocktail and Wine Bar

With its plush Boston armchairs, and a happy hour that runs from 5-7pm daily, this Stamford Plaza bar at the bottom of the Melbourne Hotel on Little Collins Street is aiming for an after-work crowd, and that's what they get. The wine list is decent, but most people are sticking to the generic easy-drinking gear that's not too pinchy on their round. They do cocktails here, but stick to the beer (they have six on tap) and wine – and make sure you hit 'em up for complimentary hot snacks on Friday and Saturday nights. Oh, and fun fact: they also have a ladies night, where you get a free glass of bubbles if you wear red heels.
