They may be bottomless but Trinket aren’t skimping on the pizza quality with seasonal produce woodfired on sourdough bases and inventive menu combinations. There are thirteen different options to choose from, with toppings like bresaola with fresh chilli, parmesan and carpaccio, or prawns with zucchini, anchovies and mozza. Match your pizza with four bottomless cocktails available over the two-hour period. Try a frozen Bellini, a Trinket Spritz, with pineapple tepache, Amaro Nonino, cherry and Prosecco, an Americano with Campari and sweet Vermouth, or a Bicicletta with Campari and white wine.
