[Sponsored] Head to Fed Square for the ultimate craft beer battle

On January 26, Melbourne's inner city brew house Beer DeLuxe will be hosting a hopping good party. Hop Quest, an all-day celebration of all things hops, is back for its second year (due to popular demand) and it's bigger than ever.

Thirteen Aussie breweries from across Australia and New Zealand will be showcasing never before released hop-focused beers. So think IPAs, Double IPAs, Triple IPAs, Red IPAs, NEIPAs, India Saisons – basically anything that's packed full of hops. The best part? You can try them all! There will be tasters for just $5, and representatives from each of the breweries will be on the ground, ready to talk you through the fruits of their labour. Don't forget to vote for your favourite brew: once the votes are tallied, the brewery with the most votes will be crowned Hop Quest King 2018.

Contenders for Hop Quest 2.0 include Sailors Grave Brewing, 8 Wired Brewing Co, Balter, Hallertau, Stomping Ground, Hop Nation Brewing Co, Bridge Road Brewers, Modus Operandi, Mornington Peninsula Brewery, Liberty Brewing Co, Pirate Life, Epic, 3 Ravens and Moon Dog. Also, if you RSVP ahead of the event, you'll go in the draw to win a $200 voucher to use on the day. Entry is free and booking isn't required, but if you're heading down with a crew it's best to book ahead.
