An Italian sausage masterclass is coming to Lygon Street deli King and Godfree on Saturday, March 30.
From 10.30am to 1pm, you can learn how to make traditional Italian sausages using different herbs and spices under the guidance of Uncle Smokehouse Deli’s butchers. The masterclass will make you familiar with the world of smallgoods, smoking and sausage making. Plus, you'll even get to take everything you make home with you at the end of class.
After, punters will get to indulge in a degustation lunch with Tar and Roses wines while also learning about the products they’re sampling. And, as a cherry on top, Uncle Smokehouse will be handing out vouchers.
