Melbourne's Magic Mountain Saloon and Brookie’s Gin, from the Byron Bay hinterland, are teaming up to deliver a delicious, Australian-Thai feast – with matching gin, of course.
In this three-course degustation, guests will be served up an array of specially curated dishes featuring fresh, native Australian plants and Thai spices. To top it off, each dish has been paired with one of three, carefully selected Brookie’s Gin creations, and each drink showcases different native ingredients that build on their partner-course.
The meal will take place on Sunday, September 30, and spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
