Back in 1927 the waters of Taradale were analysed and found to be rich in minerals. The site on which the waters were tapped is now Taradale Mineral Springs Reserve, which is now the location for the town’s annual Mineral Springs Festival.
On Sunday March 11 the reserve will be filled with stalls selling Taradale’s top produce, handmade treats, local wines and loads of entertainment. Enjoy live music, African drumming workshops and art exhibitions. There’s plenty to keep the kids happy too, with face painting, a jumping castle and an inflatable slide.
