Tasting India launch with Christine Manfield

Since closing her famed Sydney restaurant, Universal, chef Christine Manfield has been keeping busy, including completing a second edition of her famous 2011 guide to Indian cuisine, Tasting India. In celebration of the fresh new Tasting India, due out in November 2018, the celebrated chef is hosting a series of book launch dinners where you can try some of the heirloom recipes from the book, ask questions, and take home a signed copy for your collection.
