If you haven't heard of the Studd family yet, you've probably been living under a rock, or are lactose intolerant. Ellie and Sam Studd (the Studd Siblings) are joining the family business of importing specialty cheeses at Selected by Will Studd as the new generation.
In bringing specialty cheese to the fore for a younger generation, the Studd siblings are teaming up with Richmond's cult sandwich shop, Hector's Deli, and serving up what they think will be the best cheese toastie you'll ever taste in your life.
The cheese toastie will contain the Studd siblings' favourite cheeses of a vintage clothbound farmhouse cheddar from England, a hand-selected fort-aged Comte from France, as well as a few secret ingredients for $14. This toastie will be available for one week only, starting from Friday, Nov 15.
