After a short pause, we're gradually reopening Time Out Market Montréal as of January 31, 2022—here's what you need to know.

After the last month's month-long temporary closure, Time Out Market Montréal is reopening its doors at the Centre Eaton de Montréal downtown!

It's going to be a gradual opening, with all of the Market's eateries opening their kitchens sequentially to serve Montrealers (we wish it could be everyone at the same time, but it's not that easy to open and close a business). Shopping at Signé Local and taking cooking classes at Ateliers et Saveurs are reopening at the Market as well.

What can I eat on day 1 of reopening?

On our first day of reopening, you'll be able to eat sushi and poke and more from Le Blossom, grab bowls of ramen and Japanese curry from Marusan, and pho and other Vietnamese eats from Le Red Tiger; there will also be Middle Eastern eats from our new eatery Mezzmiz, Neapolitan pizzas from Moleskine, Portuguese chicken, poutine, and natas from Campo, and plant-based tacos and more from Casa Kaizen.

Tunnel Espresso, Le Taj, Paul Toussaint's signature kitchen and his all-new eatery Americas BBQ, Burger T!, Il Miglio, and Le Passé Composé will all be reopening gradually throughout the week and onwards until every kitchen is operating.

Are there new rules?

With the current restrictions, we can currently only open our dining room area only at 50% capacity with a maximum of 4 people on a table (or no limit with people from 2 homes max). Our bar section will need to wait until it's permitted to open, but you'll still be able to pick up some zero-proof drinks from our mocktail bar.

Here are the opening hours as of Monday, January 31st , 2021:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 11:30am to 7pm
  • Thursday and Friday: 11:30am to 8pm
  • Saturday: 12pm to 8pm
  • Sunday:  12pm to 6pm

Anything else?

Lots, actually!

Be sure to follow the Market to find out wha we're planning on doing for Valentine’s Day, our incoming brunch program, happy hour events, more Parole du Chef (Chef's Talk) events, and more.

Time Out Market Montréal will reopen on January 31, 2022 inside the Centre Eaton de Montréal (705 Sainte-Catherine St W, niveau 1). The current opening hours are Sunday from noon to 6pm, Monday to Wednesday from 11:30am to 7pm, Thursday and Fridays from 11:30am to 8pm, and Saturday from noon to 8pm.
