Under the Influence: The Comics

This exhibit features comics-inspired art created by 23 artists, spanning the gamut from underground comix and graphic novels to the fine art of the Chicago Imagists. Kids are especially bound to love the first portrayal ever of Superman, painted for the Superman radio show in 1940. Afterward, they can stick around for a hands-on project. All ages.
