Bryant Park Reading Room

Who says that a library has to have four walls and a roof? Since the Great Depression, the Bryant Park Reading Room, an open-air library, has been offering books and periodicals to people visiting the midtown park. In the warmer months, the BPRR also hosts an excellent series of author events for adults and a lineup of performers and storytellers for tots.
