Kids Pastry Workshop: Halloween Brioche

A basic knowledge of the French language isn't necessary for members of this cooking class—but kids will leave with a few French words under their belt and a few kitchen skills, too. Today, aspiring chefs master the techniques, tools, utensils and ingredients required to make a pearled sugar brioche with chocolate filling. Ages 5 to 11.
