Frozen sequel? Not happening jusssst yet. Frozen animated shorts/book series? Sure.
Prepare yourselves for new Frozen stories in a series called Frozen Northern Lights. The first book installment in the series will be called Journey to the Lights, and it'll feature fan favorites like Anna, Elsa, Olaf and Sven as they journey to restore the Northern Lights. There will be ten books in the series released in 2017; You can read the first chapter here and get the book on July 5.
Four animated shorts (from Disney and LEGO) will come to Disney Channel in November and will be styled much like The Lego Movie (and voiced by the same characters as Frozen, including Idina Menzel).
