The Museum of Chinese in America introduced "Healthyville" as a mini exhibit for young children earlier this month in partnership with Stepping Stones Museum for Children, and though it's quite small in size, it really is worth exploring during your visit with young kids in tow. Since early life experiences are shown to shape lifelong habits, this interactive set of 15 activities aims to teach tykes about different food groups and general nutrition, fitness, safety and good hygiene. There are even spots where they'll learn how to properly brush their teeth, match plastic food items to their corresponding food groups and learn about their heart rate—each hands-on activities they'll love. This exhibit is included in the cost of admission and runs through March 26, 2017.
