KIDFIT in the Heights

Youngsters can practice basketball, soccer and hockey skills and then learn some new moves (think hip-hop and belly dancing). For an extra challenge, kids can also try out yoga, pilates, fencing, t'ai chi and capoeira, or see how long they can keep a hula hoop going. Little fitness gurus can then catch their breath while watching a Double Dutch Divas performance or a healthy cooking demo. All ages.
