Authors-in-training will have plenty of opportunities to discover the power of the pen, thanks to Scribble Press's robust offerings. Depending on the class, young scribes may explore animals, famous artists, or planes, trains and automobiles. In Great Books, children study a different picture book each week and use it as inspiration for other activities, while Story Writing with Twists introduces tykes to critical-thinking skills through writing. Regardless of their course of study, all participants will leave with a bound book at the end of the semester. Ages 2 to 12.
