We’re not going pretend otherwise: this is a budget hotel and it looks the part, with linoleum floors and fluorescent lighting. But the place is tidy and clean, and if you want to be near the Theater District, you won’t find much cheaper. Bathrooms are shared, but the rooms have sinks and flat-screen TVs.
