The Jewish Museum and the New York International Children's Film Festival present a two-day festival of cinematic exploration. The quick flicks from around the world use everything from traditional filmmaking techniques to collage animation in shorts like Balloon Moon, about an other-worldly adventure and Twist & Shout, inspired by the Beatles classic. From 1pm to 4pm, kids can make a puppet at a drop-in art workshop. Ages 3 to 8.
