Being Green Festival

Get your youngsters in a "green" state of mind at this eco-conscious festival at CMOM. On Saturday, kids will meet author Rana DiOrio and hear a reading of What Does it Mean to be Green? before turning tin cans into planters with help from urban landscape designers from A Small Green Space. On Sunday, meet live birds from Fauna pet shop and paint an animal portrait with gorilla artist and animal advocate Robin Huffman. Registration required. Ages 5 and up.
