Time Out says

New York families may be full of city kids, but life on the farm becomes a lot less mysterious with this special class from New York Hall of Science and Queens Night Market. Learn all about cover crops — the plants used to feed the soil after a cash crop as been harvested and the nutrients are depleted. Families also welcome to sample some foods made with cover crops like black eyed peas, pigeon peas and mung beans. All ages.
