Brooklynite Pete Sinjin celebrates the release of his debut album for families, Hoots, Hollers and Rooftop Serenades. The folksy singer will have kids rocking to homegrown tunes about city life, including "4th Floor Walk-Up Mountaintop" and "Coney Island (By the Sea)."
