We're all starting to think about our warm-weather vacations. Why not consider a weekend of friendly competition at one of the coolest go-kart tracks we've ever seen? Located in Niagara Falls, Canada (a 6.5-hour drive from NYC; make sure your passports are valid!) the Niagara Speedway, a part of the Clifton Hills attraction complex, mimics a real Mario Kart track and will be located roughly one block from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.

Channel your inner Yoshi and Princess Peach as you dart around a 40-foot outdoor spiral track and elevated ramp.

The Niagara Speedway is part of a larger redevelopment project in the area that includes an updated Ripley's Believe It or Not! museum, additional attractions and restaurants and a larger SkyWheel pedestrian plaza.

The attraction will reportedly open in late May or early June 2018.

While you're in the area, explore Niagara Falls—both sides, if you so desire—and check out the other attractions at Clifton Hill, including the Niagara Skywheel, a Ferris wheel located 175 feet above the falls that has climate-controlled gondalas, and glow in the dark and dinosaur-themed mini golf.
