This Williamsburg Malaysian barbecue joint from chef Zak Pelaccio (Fatty Crab) and pitmaster Robbie Richter is an unabashed celebration of carnivorous gluttony. A starter of house-cured bacon nuggets arrives with yellow-curry custard for dipping, while tender heritage pork ribs are well matched to the puddle of palm sugar and fish sauce underneath. International flourishes elevate dishes like gorgeously fatty Wagyu brisket stuffed into a DIY sandwich made up of chile jam, pickled onions, cilantro and Chinese steamed buns. The menu also caters to more finicky eaters with such items as a noodle bowl and a grilled bacon-egg-and-cheese sandwich.
