The Candy Rush (CLOSED)

A burgeoning stretch of Prospect Heights has become a bit more kid-friendly thanks to the recent arrival of the Candy Rush. In this cheerful brick-walled space, families can linger over Blue Marble ice cream sundaes topped with crushed Oreos, and gigantic, freshly baked doughnuts from Dough in Clinton Hill. The best surprise, however, is the array of vintage confections. After the brood’s been properly introduced to sweets like Gobstoppers and Slap Stix, they can stave off the sugar high with a few rides up and down the slide out back.
