Both gadget freaks and the tech-adverse will find common ground at Wired’s annual holiday pop-up shop: The interactive loft space offers a glimpse into the future with full-body gaming systems that don’t need a controller (Microsoft Kinect for Xbox 360, $300) and machines that banish awkward silences (chatter-prompting Conversacubes, $150). While the more than 200 products on display will only be available for play, not purchase (there will be in-store kiosks for online ordering, or you can click and buy straight from home), that shouldn’t deter you from stopping by.
