New York Islanders Hurricane Sandy Relief Fundraiser
Advertising
Time Out says
The New York Islanders are hosting a free public skate session to benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy, during which kids can meet the hockey team's mascot, Sparky, and play interactive games in the rink. The team asks participants to donate money, clothes and other non-perishable items, plus all food and drink purchases will go towards Hurricane Sandy relief. You must bring your own skates to participate, but spectators are welcome. All ages.
