Gilbert and Sullivan, The Ballet

Ballet teacher Francis Patrelle combines three of Sir William Gilbert’s and Sir Arthur Sullivan’s most famous comic—and socially aware—operas, The Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado and H.M.S Pinafore—and gives them a new spin with his own choreography. The production highlights the life of theater, and one inspirational partnership, as dancers from across the country take the stage for this weekend engagement. All ages.
