Obtained by the La MaMa folks in the ’70s, this gigantic wooden space—redolent of forty years of joss sticks—has long been one of the best places to see a certain type of puppetcentric, multicultural, experimental work. Touring groups from Poland and the Baltic States are frequent visitors.
