West Side Story

Set against a backdrop of 1950s NYC gang turmoil, this Romeo and Juliet–inspired musical (some of the dialogue and songs are in Spanish) is directed by the original show's librettist, Arthur Laurents. Kids will hear beloved standards such as "Tonight," "Maria," and "I Feel Pretty," but not for much longer: The Tony-winning revival is set to close in January 2011. Ages 10 and up.
