Animation Saturdays @ Beam Center

Build sets and props, dream up characters, create sound effects and learn to use stop motion software through a series of family-friendly animation workshops, put on by The Good School. Professional artists and musicians will aid students in producing their own unique animated shorts which will be available for download after the workshop. Design sets and puppets at a Family Animation Party (April 26), create disgusting storylines through Gross Out Animation (May 3), delve into anime and manga in Pop! An Animated Exploration of Japanese Anime (May 17), or put together a rockin' music video (two-part series, May 24 and 31). Ages 6 to 12.
