Art Adventure Mondays

Start the week on a tour of the Jewish Musem's galleries, plus stories, sketching and activities centered around a different theme each week. Investigate forms, materials and more in the Other Primary Structures exhibition during Shape-scapes (July 7), embark on a Word Hunt and explore the language in Mel Bochner's bright paintings from the Strong Language exhibition (July 14), partake in a Picturing People workshop and observe clothing, expressions and poses in Diane Arbus's Masterpieces in Curiosities (July 21) then round out the month with Places Near and Far, where families can travel 'the Jewish journey' together through Culture and Continuity (July 28). Ages 4 to 7.
