BeeBlitz 2019

Get a spot on the 10am ferry to Governors Island for the first annual BeeBlitz fest, a nationwide festival that kickstarts in NYC! Governor’s Island Bee Project and the Honeybee Conservancy’s Bee Sanctuary will celebrate the creatures with a day of activity. Attendees can participate in a self-guided tour of the hives and snap a pic of the bees they discover using the iNaturalist app, which will help contribute to a local biodiversity database. All ages.
