Time Out says

Bike & Roll's gratis bike rentals, usually offered on Fridays, will be available all day Labor Day as a special treat for area families. Adult and kids' bikes can be taken out free for up to an hour; quadracycles and tandems can be rented for a fee. Ages 1 and up.
