Adventurous eaters descend upon the Chile festival, where taste-testing is reserved for the brave. Try some artisanal spicy snacks and desserts featuring products exclusively created for the festival from hot sauces to chile chocolates. While you nosh take the sizzling tunes from the likes of Battle of Santiago, Lost Bayou Ramblers, Ladama, Red Baraat, and Mariachi Tapatio de Alvaro Paulino. There will also be a pop-up workshop for kiddos, "Hot Chiles for Cool Kids" in the Discovery Garden where children pot their own pepper to take home. All Ages.
