Time Out says

Each day, kids can usher in the Year of the Horse by decorating a moveable horse puppet, learn about the Chinese calendar and how to make the Chinese character for "horse" (10am, 1pm). On Saturday, guest educator Susan Yang leads a mini lion puppet workshop (12–2pm) and teaches older children (ages 5 and up) how to create a hong-bao, a special envelope containing the gifts that kids recieve during the new year. All ages.
